This exclusive CEO dialogue will focus on how climate change is impacting microfinance and how MFIs can strategically adapt to ensure both institutional resilience and positive impact for the communities they serve. Participating CEOs will also be among the first to learn about the MFC’s new global climate finance initiative, which will offer exclusive funding and technical assistance opportunities to help MFIs implement climate-smart solutions.

Note: this event is intended for CEOs and other members of the management teams. Registration requires additional identification.

It is not possible to buy Ticket for CEO Forum only, registration for the full Conference is required for every CEO Forum attendee.

Important notice:

Changes to Registration


Changes to your original registration should be sent in writing  to the Conference Secretariat to mfc2025@pavgroup.cz . 

If you are prevented from attending, you will be allowed to send a colleague to your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference Secretariat at mfc2025@pavgroup.cz. No name change will be possible after May 18, 2025. 

Refunds and Cancellations


Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the MFC 2025 Conference Secretariat, and sent by e-mail to mfc2025@pavgroup.cz  

  • Cancellations received before and on March 31, 2025: a full refund of the registration fee and a handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted 
  • Cancellations received between April 1 – 27, 2025: 50% of the registration fee 
  • Cancellations received on and after April 27, 2025: no refund 
  • Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation request. 
  • Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference.

Early Bird registration

– for all full registrations received prior to March 17, 2025. To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received within 14 days of the early registration cut-off date. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply.

Regular registration

– for all full registrations received prior to April 14, 2025. To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received within 14 days of the early registration cut-off date. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply.

MFC Member rate

– valid for MFC members only. This rate is only available in case Membership fee for 2025 has been already paid. Discount code for MFC Members is sending automatically after Membership payment is completed. In case you are entiteled for MFC Member discounted rate and you did not get a discount code yet – please contact Conference Secretariat at mfc2025@pavgroup.cz.
